Orders:

1. Process

please send me the screenshot at WhatsApp of what you like ! If the items isn't with the Prices, Please require me at Whatsapp also!

2. Prepare shipping pictures (PSPs)

I will send the PSPs in 2-3 days after got the payment, if the Clothing and shoes , I will send the PSPs in 5-7 days ! 

3. PSPs for What?

Once the items would be sent out , if any under issues will  happen  , the items can't return and change . so PSPs For checking :

  1. If right size,
  2. If right color, and if the color off
  3. if the items have any quality issues 
  4. If change to other items ect.                                                                                                                

4. Tracking number?

when I get the bill with  tracking number from the agent shipping company , I will send the tracking number you! 

5. Why did the tracking number not update

It's waiting for flights . once it have . it will be updated.if the package have any issue , the agent shipping company will let me know.

Shipping & Returns:

1. shipping way

 Fedex/USPS/UPS/DHL ect. Based on volume and weight , the package will be shipped by which shipping way. normal package will be shipped by HKFedex.

2. shipping time

.If HKFedex , normally, it's about 5-12days 

the time of other shipping way is about 15-20 days

3. How about the packages were seized?

if the package was seized at customs, once the agent shipping company confrim the package was seized , i will resend all items , but only resend the original order and the items can't be changed ! And the shipping time will be restart! So please understanding

4. How about the packages were lost ?

If the package is lost before delivery and the agent shipping company have confirmed it was lost! I will resend.

If the tracking info show the package was delivered and you did't get it .I would't resend anymore. You should contact the local shipping company to check .

5. Resend rules

  1. the package is lost before delivery and the agent shipping company have confirmed it was lost! I will resend.

  3. Upon receiving the package and open it , you found the items was completely broken , I will resend 
  4. Within 15 days after the tracking info show the package was delivery, completely unusable due to non human caused damage, I will resend .

6. Return rules

  1. Upon receiving the package and open it , you found the items was completely broken . (Within 3 days after the tracking info show  package is delivered, it is considered as the time to open the package)
